1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Techtorio. By accessing or using our website, services, platforms, and applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Techtorio.

2. Description of Services

Techtorio is a website builder and hosting platform that allows registered users ("Tenants" or "Users") to quickly design, build, and publish professional websites. We provide automated templates, drag-and-drop elements, hosting infrastructure, custom and subdomain configurations, and customer support channels.

3. Account Registration & Google OAuth

To use the Platform, you must register and authenticate using your Google Account via Google OAuth. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your credentials or access.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.
  • Assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subdomain & Custom Domain Ownership

As a Tenant, you are allowed to choose a subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.techtorio.com) or point a custom domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) to our servers.

  • Subdomains: All subdomains containing techtorio.com remain the property of Techtorio. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or terminate any subdomain that violates these terms, infringes on trademark rights, or is inactive for extended periods.
  • Custom Domains: You are solely responsible for purchase, registration, and renewal of your custom domains. We provide routing and SSL configuration helper systems but are not responsible for domain registrar issues.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content, code, images, and data published on your website. Under applicable laws, you agree not to publish, host, or transmit any material that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
  • Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Promotes illegal activities, gambling, hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
  • Contains software viruses, malware, trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interrupt or damage server infrastructure.
  • Impersonates any person or entity, including fake storefronts or financial phishing scams.

Techtorio reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Tenant site violating these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trial

We offer various subscription tiers, including a 30-day Free Trial for new accounts.

  • Free Trial: No credit card is required to sign up. Features may be limited depending on the trial tier. After 30 days, your account will be suspended unless you upgrade to a paid tier.
  • Payments: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Paid subscription fees are processed securely via our billing system as detailed in the Admin Panel.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Suspended accounts may have their data deleted after 60 days of non-payment.
  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable due to manual invoice verification and resource allocation, except as required by law.

7. Platform Intellectual Property

Except for Tenant-uploaded content (logos, custom text, media files), all software, templates, design engines, codebases, theme structures, and assets on Techtorio are the exclusive intellectual property of Techtorio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use these assets solely to publish and run your site on our hosting platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHTORIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE.
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable international laws. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where the company is incorporated.
