We collect information that you directly provide to us, as well as information automatically logged during your use of our Services.

Authentication Data: When registering, you sign in via Google OAuth. We collect your Google profile information (name, email address, unique Google ID, and profile picture avatar URL). We do not collect or store your Google password.
Tenant Website Content: We store all files, images, text, configuration settings, and database assets that you upload or write while building your website.
Support & Communications: When you contact our system super admins via the Help Desk or Support Chat system, we store the messages and logs of the conversation to resolve your queries.
Usage & Analytic Logs: To monitor platform health and calculate metrics, we track page views, storage metrics, and bandwidth usage per tenant. We also collect visitor session analytics to track unique visits once per day.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To build, run, and host your customized websites.
To verify your identity and manage your subscription tiers.
To provide technical assistance, support threads, and automated keyword auto-replies.
To secure our infrastructure, prevent fraudulent activity, and block phishing or malware distribution.

Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: We use secure Dockerized hosting nodes, PostgreSQL databases, and Caddy proxy layers to run our services. These systems process your website data strictly to keep your sites online.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by the law enforcement authorities of country, or under standard legal procedures, to comply with PECA 2016 regulations or protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We store your information as long as your account is active:

If you decide to close or cancel your account, your data and files will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 60 days.
Backup records of databases may be kept in encrypted formats for historical and security restore purposes for up to 90 days.

6. Security of Your Data

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. All transactions and connections are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates, and administrative interfaces use secure JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for session management.

You have the right to view, update, download, or delete your registration data and website content at any time directly through the Techtorio Tenant Admin Panel. If you require manual deletion of your Google OAuth data records from our databases, please submit a request to our support email.
