Can I use my own domain name?
Yes — that's the whole point. Connect any domain you own (from GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, or
anywhere else) and get addresses like info@yourdomain.com. We give you the exact DNS records
to add, and verify everything is working before your mailbox goes live.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
Start right away with a yourbusiness@techtorio.com address. It's included with every plan at
no extra cost. When you're ready to move to a custom domain, you can do that without losing any of your
existing emails.
Will my emails land in Gmail's spam folder?
No. Every mailbox is configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC — the three authentication standards that Gmail and Outlook use to decide whether to trust your email. We also configure a PTR reverse DNS record on our server, which many providers check before accepting mail.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail, or my phone?
Yes. Your mailbox supports standard IMAP and SMTP, so it works with any email client — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail app, or your phone's built-in mail app. You're not locked into the webmail interface.
How many mailboxes can I create?
As many as you want. There are no tier limits or caps. Whether you need 1 mailbox or 50, the price stays the same per mailbox.
